After moving back to Texas in 2010, it was important to find a bank that was more than just a place to deposit or withdrawal money. After honestly looking for weeks, we found no other bank in the area that felt like a "fit" for us. Taking the first steps into Frontier Bank we knew we had found our banking "home". Not only was the lobby beautifully decorated, we actually were greeted and treated like royalty. After losing everything in the 2011 Bastrop wildfire, we were devasted, but ready to move on and start over. The staff at Frontier Bank were eager to help us obtain a key to the lock box that contained our only posessions left on earth. No one can describe how good it felt to know these important parts of our lives were safe and unharmed. Our house was the last to burn, but we were able to be the first to rebuild. We have Frontier Bank to thank for helping us get back on our feet faster and stronger than ever. Whether we were in need of an account, loan, or the all-to-important lock box, we wouldn't think of banking anywhere other than Frontier Bank of Texas. It feels like home when we are there. There is nothing nicer than being remembered by your first name and sharing a laugh or two with people you truly enjoy seeing! We are proud to call Frontier Bank of Texas OUR bank: our banking HOME. Thank you Wanda and staff for making us feel like we are part of your family.
